** Important Tips to Remember **
- To decrease the time of break-in period, it is suggested to exercise the foot muscles regularly.
- It took time to get the foot in its present mis-shape, so allow time to work towards a correction.
- Refrain from "over-use" immediately; when your foot becomes uncomfortable or fatigued, take out the orthotics for 3 or more hours.
- Use common sense.
- Be patient, faithful, and consistent.
- You may notice a shift or change in your posture, joints, and alignment.
- Remember that the arch supports are placing you in correct anatomical alignment ans will strengthen your feet muscles and increase your blood circulation.
- On initial use, your feet may feel tired or fatigued.
- Once you are fully acclimated, and feel nothing but comfort and support, the type and intensity of your activites are limitless.
- The correct size orthotic usually feels too long or too short at first, which is totally normal.
- Consistent attention, over several months, can help alleviate many long-standing discomforting conditions in the feet and body.
